In this laboratory, research studies are carried out on the development of systems that perform morphological, surface and volume measurements at micro and macro levels with high precision. Some of the studies on new imaging techniques to be used in microscopic systems that can perform biological structure analysis at micron and below are gigapixel resolution measurement, volumetric and surface three-dimensional measurement, real-time image processing, filtering and autofocus. In addition, the development of devices that enable precise detection, counting and tracking of micron and submicron particles in microscopic particle analysis systems is being studied.
